HEATING INSTRUCTIONS

From Refrigerated

  • Oven (whole fillet): Heat at 350°F (175°C) for 10–12 minutes.

  • Microwave (individual portion): Heat for 45–60 seconds.

  • Air Fryer (individual portion): Heat at 400°F (200°C) for 2–3 minutes.

From Frozen

  • Oven (whole fillet): Heat at 350°F (175°C) for 20–25 minutes.

  • Air Fryer (individual portion): Heat at 400°F (200°C) for approximately 15 minutes.

Heating times may vary depending on portion size and appliance. Do not overheat.

THAWING INSTRUCTIONS

  • Overnight Method (Recommended): Thaw overnight in the refrigerator.

  • Quick Thaw Method: Submerge sealed packaging in cold water for 30–45 minutes until thawed.

Do not thaw at room temperature.
